Landmark domestic dwelling overlooking the city of Bath with new contiguous piled retaining  walls and bearing piles for house foundation. Elevated steel frame superstructure with timber infill (project currently in construction).

Structural repairs and alterations to this landmark, city-centre building. Sympathetic and sensitive structural engineering to a historic, listed building. 

Design of concrete pad foundations for floodlight tower bases at Chew Valley Rugby Club. Reinforced concrete detailing and coordination with electrical services.  

Mezzanine office structure within a quarry industrial unit.  Design coordination between portal frame and mezzanine structures to provide foundations, steel frame and staircase. 

Structural monitoring and repair to the Grade II listed former residence of Haile Selassie, Emperor of Ethopia. Sensitive approach  in acknowledgement of the significance of the property and its gardens to the Rastafari community. 

Multi-faceted, cost-effective, engineering solutions to support a first floor balcony and strengthen pavement coal vaults all displaying signs of movement, co-ordinating with Transport for London, Heritage England and Party Wall Surveyors.

Structural  alterations and temporary works designs to  this prominent set of listed, historic properties in Bath World Heritage Site. 

Structural design of barn conversion introducing new curved steel roof beams to replace the existing trusses, new steel & timber mezzanine floor and foundations. 

Conversion of an existing steel framed barn to create a commercial café and visitor centre. Used complex analysis techniques to assess and design the steel frame and worked with the contractor to specify the most economical

structural components for the scheme..

Installation of an 8 metre wide steel box frame to achieve a spacious, open-plan rear extension to a domestic property. 

Steel frame extension to an existing cottage to achieve a substantial double cantilever. The client can now open their sliding doors and enjoy the wonderful surrounding countryside from both inside and out. 

New basement extension of existing domestic property. Contiguous piled perimeter wall retaining valuable neighbouring properties.
